<p>Hi everyone!</p><p>It's been a while since I've written and it's been on my mind. My schedule had taken a life of it's own and taken over my life~ Hahaha... IN a GOOD way!</p><p>I am quite quite quite busy but I figured that lunch time at work is the perfect time for me to write a little tidbit about everything I have going on! It's too good to not share! I seemed to have been blessed by a musical angel! Here’s what I’ve got musically coming up!</p><ol start="1"><li><p>This Friday, February 7th at 7:30 PM, once again, I will be co-hosting Open Mic at Singers Forum! If you are available and want to find a place to sing or just to watch, come on over! The amazing award winning performer, director and teacher : <strong><a href="http://www.gretchenreinhagen.com/">Gretchen Reinhagen</a></strong> is going to be our spotlight for the evening! It’s opening on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 7 PM at the Duplex theater! March 1<sup>st</sup> happens to be my birthday! What a celebration I’ve planned for myself for my birthday! Given the cold weather, a lot of people are around sick people and getting sick. Here's a quickie from Natasha, the "witch doctor"! The moment you start feeling like something is coming on, drink a cup of black coffee immediately followed by two large glasses of warm water. Take zinc and vitamin C supplements through the day and continue with the water. That should kick that virus right out of your system! </p><p>Fresh ginger works amazing as well.
