<p>Hello everyone!</p><p>This is becoming a habit for me! Getting into the habit of writing regularly. I wonder how long I can keep this up! It's kind of a rewarding activity because I think one day, I will look back at all of this and it will put a smile on my face! Maybe you should consider doing something similar! </p><p>I want to spend my morning bus ride to work discussing the subject that I touched upon frequently... Happiness...</p><p>Now what is Happiness? Everyone wants it! It's quite a desired state to be! </p><p>I don't know about you but to me what constitutes happiness are the following in no particular order (I may add more as they pop into my head in the future): </p><ul><li>When myself, my family and everyone I care about are alive and healthy!</li><li>MUSIC!! </li><li>The feeling of internal PEACE!</li><li>Having LOVE and PASSION in my life!</li><li>Being able to help those in need!</li><li>Seeing nature and all the every day beauty surrounding me!</li><li>Knowing that I have people I can turn to in times of trouble!</li><li>Being on stage and performing!</li><li>Great food!</li><li>Having a job and being financially secure!</li><li>Being able to learn something new every day!</li><li>Having goals to fulfill, a sense of direction!</li></ul><p>Writing all of this down to start my day puts a big smile on my face and makes me happy! Take a moment, jot down a few things that constitutes happiness and can make you smile. If you find it missing in your life currently, make a list of steps that you can take to get to that place.
