<h4>Happy Sunday everyone!</h4><h4>I hope that all of you are enjoying this wonderful long weekend! I sure am! </h4><h4>Here I am, back after watching the Broncos beat the Steelers in another action packed football game, to continue in another round of talking about how to achieve the state of happiness. </h4><h4>Today I want talk about something that can make it very difficult for one to achieve a state of Happiness. As far as I am concerned, this is on the top of many people's list of culprits! The title of this blog kind of gave it away... FEAR! </h4><h4>Fear is common amongst all of us. We have all, in one way or another, experience the debilitating feeling of FEAR. The key question to answer is how we handle FEAR? Well, before we answer that, I want to talk about the four most common fears that comes to mind off the top of my head... </h4><ul><li><h4>Fear of the unknown;</h4></li><li><h4>Fear of loss;</h4></li><li><h4>Fear of pain and getting hurt; </h4></li><li><h4>Fear of losing control.</h4></li></ul><h4>All of the fears I've listed are completely legit! Heck! I am afraid of those things just as much as the next person walking along!<br /><br /></h4><h4>After pondering over the different "FEARs", I had a sudden insight. It could be totally a no brainer to many of you, but for me it is somewhat of a "light bulb" shining moment. The reason behind our aversion to fear is because of the "UNCERTAINTY" associated. Everyone hates uncertainty. Fear is the ultimate manifestation of uncertainty. Fear is destructive in many ways. It causes worrying, stress and anxiety. All of these are emotions that are not at all conducive to Happiness. Fear is closely associated with feelings of rejection which in turn closes the door to "LOVE", the unconditional love from the Divine,

the most important element of Happiness. When one is experiencing fear, they are definitely not in the mode of receiving/giving love! </h4><h4> </h4><p> </p><h4><img class="" src="http://cdn-media-1.lifehack.org/wp-content/files/2014/04/6-harsh-truths-about-the-reality-of-fear.jpg" alt="" width="468" height="472" /> </h4><h4>The only way to be happy is to face your fears. It's as simple as saying/acknowledging to yourself that you have the fear and you are making a decision to overcome that fear. You'd be surprised how just having that simple intention out there changes the way you see everything. The intention alters your energy to a better place and in response, you are creating that possibility for yourself. That negative feeling we call FEAR is nothing more than something that we are running away from in our minds. </h4><h2><span style="color: #ff0000">NEVER LET YOUR REALITY BECOME YOUR FEAR AND YOUR FEAR BECOME YOUR REALITY!</span></h2><h2><img class="alignnone" src="http://www.quotestags.com/qitem.php?id=1072943&icon=1" alt="" width="341" height="341" /> </h2><h4>I know that this is easier said than done. I have plenty of fears even now!! However, my experiences have taught me that this is the only way to achieve Happiness so I am going to keep on chipping away on that giant block of ice I call fear until I am left with that beautiful creation of perfection from God I call Happiness!
