After a wonderfully productive vocal session with Eric Michael Gillett, I went to see “Another Kind of Light” at Feinstein’s last night with a bunch of friends. I was floored! The performance moved me deeply. It was more than just her beautiful voice but the stories behind each and every one of her songs! She literally shown me “Another Kind of Light”. I was especially moved by the song “It’s Possible”. It speaks to a deep yearning I have inside, my desire to envelop myself in music and make it my life. How wonderful.
