Good morning everyone,
I wanted to start the day by sharing some interesting food for thoughts with everyone. It’s actually something that have changed my life for the better over time. The key is repetition.
Well, a lot of us are thinkers and what do thinkers generally do a lot of? Think! 😉
Well, those of you who knows me well know that I am a practicing Buddhist. Not just one who calls myself a Buddhist but someone who actually reads Buddhist texts (sutras) on a daily basis and tries to live the lifestyle of one. I read the sutras because I find within them pieces of wisdom which I use to “reprogram” myself. You may or may not be aware of this, but I came to realize that every thought crossing your mind and every word you say carries energy. That energy associated with our flow of thoughts builds up and creates our life experience in every moment of our lives. A lot of our inner thoughts are products of our learned thought patterns that we’ve developed since childhood. Many of these thought patterns may work well but some may be sabotaging us from achieving what we believe we want.
What we think or say reflects our inner truth or beliefs. It dictates how we react and how we proceed given circumstances and it tends to be a certain pattern. It’s something that most people don’t think about which is tragic because it is what shapes our lives!! On a good note, this is something that is trainable!
My “reprogrammed” thought pattern is the fundamental source of the current achievements in my life. It is responsible for making me who I am. It brought music back into my life. Take action and change your lives!

Ahh, the old self-talk. So true. Nothing worse than the stinking thinking. Easy to fall back into it, but if you pay attention, try and live in the moment, do your affirmations, there is nothing you cannot achieve. Congratulations.
